  Food is great! I placed a to-go order and my order was a grilled chicken salad, the man I spoke with said that it would take 10-15 minutes. I get there to pick up my food, I leave and notice that my chicken is cold and blackened, when I asked for grilled. I called the man back and told him and told him they messed up my order, he said he assumed that I wanted it blackened. So, now I am upset and I asked to speak with a manager, he placed me on hold for 5 minutes to see if the manager was in the restaurant. The place isn't that big, so I knew he was trying to avoid me. I hung up and called back and before he can place me on hold again I asked when the manager will be there, but he gave me attitude. I ordered a grilled chicken salad before, not blackened, so I was very dissatisfied.

  Food is good 3 stars . But the cashier are not sanitary.. between answering the phones and talking on personal phone, taking customers orders and preparing condiments. Not once did they put on gloves or wash their hands. The female cashier talked on her personal phone over an open bowl of sauce. Plus she rushes customers though their orders. Sanitation with cashier 1.
